Borgue is an attractive small village set amongst farmland in the South West corner of Scotland.

Unlike some other less fortunate villages, Borgue has successfully retained it's vitality and strength with its village pub, post office, church and school.  Beaches are close by as are the lively towns of Kirkcudbright - with its artistic heritage - and Castle Douglas - known as the Food Town - where there is always something to see and do.

Borgue makes an ideal centre from which to become involved in the many outdoor activities afforded in the area, including golf, fishing, walking, cycling and horse-riding. There are also many quiet corners in our countryside and towns to explore and enjoy. We have a saying here "Out of this World - and into Borgue."
